Buying the PDF gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and keep a copy on your own devices. It does not give you the right to resell it, republish it or distribute it, in whole or in part.

Short quotations for review, teaching or commentary are fine with attribution. Anything larger, ask first.

Purchases

Direct purchases are digital deliveries. Payment is handled by a third-party provider and the download is issued after payment clears. Print and Kindle purchases through Amazon are governed by Amazon's own terms.
