Buying the PDF gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and keep a copy on your own devices. It does not give you the right to resell it, republish it or distribute it, in whole or in part.

Short quotations for review, teaching or commentary are fine with attribution. Anything larger, ask first.

Purchases

Print and Kindle purchases go through Amazon and are governed by Amazon's own terms. Direct sales from this site aren't switched on yet. When they are, a purchase will be a digital delivery: a third-party provider takes the payment and the download is issued once payment clears.

Text, images and the playlist commentary on this site are provided as they are. Links to outside sites are offered because they're useful, not because their content is endorsed or controlled here.
