Refund Policy

The PDF edition of Euphoria Unleashed costs $13.99 and is delivered instantly as a digital file. Because of that, the policy is simple and generous rather than complicated.

Digital purchases

If the file doesn't download, doesn't open or isn't what you expected, get in touch within 30 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. No form to fill in and no need to justify it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Duplicate orders

Bought twice by accident? Say so and the extra charge is refunded straight away.

Delivery problems

If the download link never arrived, a replacement is sent before any refund is discussed. Most of the time it's a spam filter.

Amazon orders

Paperback and Kindle purchases are fulfilled by Amazon and follow Amazon's returns and refunds process. Those can't be refunded from here.
