Privacy Policy

This site is run by Steve Zenone to publish and sell the book Euphoria Unleashed. It collects as little personal data as it can get away with.

What is collected

If you buy the PDF, the payment provider handles your card details and shares an order record and email address so the download can be delivered. Card numbers never reach this site.

If you sign up for email updates, your email address is stored along with a record of the consent you gave: the wording you agreed to, the page you signed up from, the time, and any campaign or referrer information carried in the link you arrived through. A one-way hashed fingerprint is stored to help block automated signups. Raw IP addresses are not stored.

This site has no contact form, so it doesn't collect your name or messages. If you get in touch through Instagram or Substack, those messages are held by those services under their own terms.

Email updates and your consent

Signing up here covers Euphoria Unleashed updates only. That consent is kept separate from Journeyz or any other Zenone list, and one never gets merged into the other.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribes, bounces and spam complaints are recorded in a suppression register that is checked before anything is sent and before any signup is accepted, so an address that has opted out doesn't get quietly added back.

Subscriber records are held in Airtable, which acts as a service provider for managing the audience. No email sending provider is connected yet. If one is added, this page will say so.

What is not collected

No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling and no selling of data to anyone, ever.

Third parties

Purchases and download delivery are handled by third-party providers, each with their own privacy terms. Subscriber records sit with Airtable. Links out to Amazon, Spotify, Substack and Instagram take you to services with their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact page to reach Steve and it will be handled.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the updated version will be posted here.
